1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or worn items

  • Products without tags or original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Customized or altered products

3. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we can arrange an exchange depending on product availability.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear pictures of the product

  • Reason for exchange

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Item is out of stock after payment

  • Wrong or defective product delivered

  • Order canceled by Nuraal.pk

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through bank transfer or the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
